Strength From Within ~30 Minute

Gentle yoga sessions feature deliberate, grounding movements designed to enhance body and breath awareness. This practice methodically lengthens and gently strengthens the entire backside of the body, from the feet to the neck, with a special emphasis on back muscles, glutes, and hamstrings.
